For Team and LLC plans, RaiderX never takes a cut either; the team leader or LLC owner sets each agent's split with their members. For antitrust reasons, agents sponsored under a team or an LLC always have a split — the leader or owner keeps at least 1% — so only Individual partners are at 100%.

The team rate is $119/month per person — the leader and every agent alike. How each agent's $119 gets paid is completely up to the leader: agents pay their own $119, the leader covers it entirely, the classic split (agent pays $99, leader adds $20), or ANY custom split (say the agent pays $50 and the leader covers the remaining $69). Whatever the arrangement, the total is always $119 per person. RaiderX never takes a commission split.
LLC sponsorship is $199/month for the owner plus $20/month per agent in the LLC. Like teams, the owner chooses how each agent's $20 is paid: the LLC covers it (the default — it's added to the owner's subscription), the agent pays their own $20, or any custom split in between. PMC sponsorship works the same way: $499/month for the company plus $20/month per sponsored agent, with the same owner-covered-by-default flexibility. Any property management activity requires the PMC tier with express broker approval — RaiderX E&O excludes PM, so PM runs through your entity and its own E&O policy.
Yes. An LLC or PMC can be sponsored even if its owner holds no Texas real estate license — the company is the license holder, with our broker as its designated broker, and its licensed agents do the brokerage work. The condition is absolute: an unlicensed owner never performs, offers, or advertises licensed activity for anyone (no listing, showing, negotiating, advising on price or terms, soliciting clients, preparing contracts, or handling client funds), never presents as an agent, broker, REALTOR®, licensee, or "real estate professional," and never presents to the public as the "Owner" of the brokerage — only the designated broker is responsible for brokerage operations, so unlicensed owners use a non-brokerage job title such as Director of Operations. You take owner distributions but no commission, referral fee, or per-deal bonus, and your profiles are reviewed every quarter on that standard. On the application, choose LLC or PMC and answer "No" to holding a license; you'll accept these terms there, in a second questionnaire, and in the Business Entity Sponsorship Agreement. Individual and Team sponsorship require your own license.
You form and own the LLC (or PMC) and our broker serves as its designated broker, so it is its own licensed Texas brokerage entity sponsored by RaiderX — not a DBA under the RaiderX brokerage. RaiderX's charge, at startup and monthly, is the entity dues: $199/month plus $20/month per sponsored agent ($499 + $20/agent for a PMC) — per agent yes, per transaction no. Your company also carries the normal costs of running a brokerage: REALTOR® board and MLS membership for the office itself (office and Designated REALTOR® fees are on each board's page in our Texas board directory), its own E&O insurance, entity formation and franchise-tax filings, and ordinary operating expenses. You own the brand and can white-label the RaiderX software (logo, colors, custom domain, your organization's site and e-signature experience), you can recruit licensed agents and sponsor them under your entity (each at our broker's discretion), and you set each agent's commission split however you like — subject to the rule that no team or LLC agent receives 100%. You handle anything administrative or business-side and take owner distributions; our designated broker handles TREC compliance, transaction review (every Commission Disbursement Authorization), and the supervision of your licensed agents.
