A coordinator that lives inside your deals
RaiderX Pro is an add-on to RaiderX sponsorship. Its first capability is making ConsoleX, RaiderX's AI assistant, act as your transaction coordinator. The assistant is still called ConsoleX, and ConsoleX stays included with every plan. Pro is what lets it do the coordinator's work.
You talk to it the way you would talk to a person: “start the listing agreement for this deal,” “what is still missing on this file?” It works from your live deal, fills only the blanks the form allows, and shows you what it did. Anything that would leave RaiderX stops and waits for your tap.
Pro acts with exactly your own access, and you review everything before it goes out, as the brokerage's Policies & Procedures (P&P § 17) require. See the base assistant on the ConsoleX page.
What RaiderX Pro does today
Paperwork from a conversation
Prepares TREC and TXR forms through EZDocs. Guided interviews cover the TREC contracts and TXR 1101 (listing), 1501 (buyer/tenant representation) and 2001 (lease). It fills only the blanks the form allows and never writes special provisions—those stay with you and your broker.
Sending, on your tap
An e-signature send, or a document to the other side, happens only after you review the PDF and tap approve. Anything that leaves RaiderX waits for that tap.
Deal Steward
Watches every active deal in the background for missing documents, approaching deadlines, signed documents not yet filed, and the moment the CDA is ready. It files fully executed copies itself (undo within 24 hours) and prepares the CDA for your tap—it never submits the CDA on its own. Findings appear on the ConsoleX page, the deal page and one Morning Brief, never as a stream of alerts.
Finishing a deal
Files documents, adds payers and submits the CDA once you approve.
Listing marketing
Drafts social posts in Content Creator from the deal's facts. Publishes or updates your website listing after a tap. Pre-fills Materials Library pieces from the deal.
Client care
Keeps follow-ups and touches in your CRM, writes client emails and saves them as drafts in your RaiderMail for you to send, and runs Marketing Hub drips and Memory Maker closing cards.
Talk to it anywhere
In the web app, in the RaiderX mobile app (hands-free voice from app version 1.7), by text, and by phone on the RaiderX line after verification. By text, every change waits for your “YES” and a code. Nothing is approved by voice.
Undo for 24 hours
Many of the steps Pro takes inside RaiderX, like filing a signed copy, can be undone within 24 hours.

Ask in plain English
Open ConsoleX on the web or in the mobile app, or text or call the RaiderX line. Tell it which deal and what you need.
It prepares the work
Pro interviews you for the blanks only you know, fills the form from the deal and shows you the result. In the background, the Deal Steward keeps watching the file.
You review and tap approve
Read the PDF, then approve. Only then does an e-signature send or a document to the other side go out.
Choose the help each deal needs
RaiderX Pro is the AI option. When you want a person on the file, TCAssist is the human option: a dedicated transaction coordinator for one deal at $500 per deal, paid by card or ACH. It is non-refundable once processed, except for a full refund if no coordinator is available.
When a TCAssist coordinator is on a deal, they lead it. Pro's Deal Steward steps back on that deal, and Pro still answers you and prepares forms when you ask.
Common questions
Is RaiderX Pro free?
During the open beta, yes. RaiderX Pro has been free for every sponsored RaiderX partner since October 3, 2026. Later it becomes a paid add-on. No price is set yet, and nothing that is included with sponsorship today moves into Pro. The demo account and unlicensed-owner accounts are not part of the beta.
Does RaiderX Pro send anything on its own?
No. Pro prepares; you decide. An e-signature send, or a document going to the other side, happens only after you review the PDF and tap approve. Anything that leaves RaiderX waits for that tap. Many of the steps that stay inside RaiderX, like filing a signed copy on the deal, can be undone for 24 hours.
Can it write special provisions?
No. Special provisions stay with you and your broker. Pro fills only the blanks a form allows and never composes the free-text terms of a contract.
What if I want a person on the deal?
That is TCAssist: a dedicated human transaction coordinator for one deal, $500 per deal. When a TCAssist coordinator is on a deal, they lead it and Pro’s Deal Steward steps back on that deal. Pro still answers you and prepares forms when you ask.
Does it talk to my clients?
Not during the beta. Pro talks only to you. It never emails or texts a client. When it writes a client email, it saves it as a draft in your RaiderMail and you send it. Emails to the title company, the lender or the other agent are built but turned on only after the beta.
Which AI models can I choose?
ConsoleX offers three: RX Core for everyone, RX Plus with RaiderX Pro, and RX Max with paid RaiderX Pro. They are RaiderX’s own names for the choice, so you pick a level, not a vendor.
