TREC requires every business email to show your name as licensed, your sponsoring broker or registered team/LLC name, and two exact-text links — “TREC Information About Brokerage Services” (your personal IABS) and “TREC Consumer Protection Notice”. RaiderX builds that for you.
Compliance → Email Signature. It’s also under Settings, Marketing Hub → Signature and the Compliance page; on mobile, Compliance or Settings → Email signature.
Modern, Classic, Bold Brand, Banner, Minimal or Compact. Each is filled from your profile — name, RaiderX or your team/LLC name, public phone, email, license number, photo, logo, website and social links. The TREC elements are locked in and can’t be removed; you only change presentation: accent color, title, tagline and which optional items show. To choose which social profiles appear, use the Email switch on each profile in Settings → Social Media & Website Links.
The builder reads your profile. A wrong phone or a missing photo is changed under Settings, not on the signature page.
Copy signature pastes the rich signature into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. From a phone, use Email me this signature — it lands in your inbox with an attachment you can paste from.
Every RaiderMail message, CRM email, drip and campaign ends with your template and the TREC links automatically. Nothing to set up there.
In a team or LLC, nobody but the designated broker presents as “Owner”, CEO, Principal or Founder — only the designated broker is responsible for brokerage operations. The builder warns when a title or tagline crosses that line.
The signature page shows your personal IABS URL and the Consumer Protection Notice URL with copy buttons for exactly that.
