The TXR 2506 form is organized into the following sections:

  1. Recipient, Firm, Property, and Date
    Identifies the parties, property, and date. The broker checks whether the form is directed to a buyer or seller.

    Introduces the attached inspector list, notes it is not exhaustive, and strongly recommends the buyer or seller hire inspectors to evaluate the property's condition.
  3. Inspection Limitations and Disclaimers
    Explains the limitations of property inspections, including that they only cover visible conditions at the time of inspection, and that the brokerage does not endorse any specific inspector or warrant inspection quality.
  4. Receipt Acknowledgment and Inspector Decision
    The recipient signs to acknowledge receipt and indicates whether they choose to hire an inspector or decline to do so.
