This one-page notice provides a formal, written method for a landlord to inform a tenant that the landlord does not intend to renew or extend the existing lease. It directs the tenant to vacate by the lease end date, return all keys, and provide a forwarding address for the security deposit refund and accounting. Signed by the landlord or by the broker under a written property management agreement or power of attorney (printed name and firm name), with a Means of Delivery record (certified mail number, hand delivery details, or other).
