    The agreement preserves all landlord rights under the lease. Default triggers immediate remedies without requiring a new notice to vacate.
  7. Time is of the Essence
    Emphasizes that payment deadlines are strictly enforced with no grace period or tolerance for late payments.
  8. Signatures
    Provides signature lines for the landlord (or authorized property manager) and up to four tenants with corresponding dates.
