  3. Amendment to Term (Paragraph 3A)
    Replaces the agreement's primary term dates with new commencement and expiration dates.
  4. Custom Paragraph Amendments
    Open-ended section for amending any specific paragraphs of the original agreement with custom new language.
  5. Ownership Change Notification
    Owner notifies broker of changes to property ownership such as transfers or entity restructuring.
  6. Execution
    Signature blocks for both owner (multiple signers) and broker with license numbers.
