  1. Addendum Header
    Header establishing this as a landlord-construction addendum that supersedes conflicting lease provisions.

  4. Tenant Payment Timing
    Tenant's share of costs must be paid before construction begins unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

    Requires construction to meet professional standards and all applicable codes including ADA. Landlord must obtain the certificate of occupancy.
  6. Inspection and Acceptance
    Tenant has inspection rights during construction, can object to deficiencies in writing, and must provide written acceptance upon completion.
  7. Delay Provisions
    Defers to the base lease for handling construction-related delays to the lease commencement date.
  8. Special Provisions
    Space for additional construction terms beyond the standard provisions.
  9. Execution
    Execution blocks for both parties.
