The TXR 1940 form is organized into the following sections:

  1. Header and Property Identification
    Links the special provisions addendum to the underlying commercial contract by property address.
  2. Special Provisions
    Provides a full-page open area for special provisions that explicitly override other contract terms in case of conflict.
  3. Signature Block
    Signature blocks for up to two seller and two buyer signatories with entity name, signature, printed name, and title lines.
