This is a blank exhibit form used to attach additional pages of content to a TXR commercial contract. It provides a standardized format for incorporating supplementary information -- such as legal descriptions, equipment or fixture lists, environmental reports, survey details, or any other materials the parties want made part of the contract by reference -- identified by an exhibit letter or number and the property address, with the same entity signature block as the contract so both parties execute the exhibit.
