This form fulfills the declarant's obligation under Section 82.152 of the Texas Property Code to provide a condominium information statement to a prospective buyer of a new condominium. The statement contains comprehensive information about the condominium project including the declarant's identity and principal address, the condominium's name and address, a general description with unit types and maximum unit count, any additional units that may be added, development rights reserved by the declarant and the conditions on them, liens and encumbrances surviving conveyance, unsatisfied judgments and pending suits, insurance coverage for unit owners, and current and expected fees, together with the statutory attachments required by Sections 82.153 and (for conversion buildings) 82.154. The declarant signs it and the buyer acknowledges receipt.
