The TXR 1924 form is organized into the following sections:

  1. Property Identification
    Identifies the property address to which this non-realty items addendum applies, linking it to the underlying sales contract.
  2. Personal Property Conveyance and Consideration
    Establishes the additional dollar amount the buyer pays for the personal property and requires a detailed itemized list of each item being conveyed. Items must be described with enough specificity to avoid disputes — including model numbers, serial numbers, and location.
  3. Seller's Warranty of Ownership
    The seller warrants that they own the listed personal property outright, with no liens, security interests, or other encumbrances. This protects the buyer from acquiring property that has outstanding claims against it.
  4. No Warranty on Condition
    Explicit disclaimer that the seller provides NO warranty on the condition or future performance of the personal property. Items are conveyed as-is from a condition standpoint.
  5. Signatures
    Signature lines for all buyers and sellers to execute the addendum.
