The TREC 60-0 form is organized into the following sections:

  3. Cooperation Obligation and Protections
    Requires both parties to reasonably cooperate in facilitating the 1031 exchange, but protects the non-exchanging party by ensuring they bear no additional expense or liability and that closing is not delayed by the exchange process.
  4. Signatures
    Provides signature lines for all buyers and sellers to execute the addendum, making it a binding part of the contract.
