What to Expect at Closing
Closing day is when you officially become a homeowner. Here's everything you need to know to be prepared and confident.

Review Closing Disclosure
You'll receive your Closing Disclosure (CD) at least 3 business days before closing. Review it carefully and compare to your Loan Estimate.

How long does closing take?
Typically 1-2 hours for the signing appointment. The entire closing process from contract to keys usually takes 30-45 days.
Can I back out at closing?
Technically yes, but you may lose your earnest money and face legal consequences. Only back out if there are serious undisclosed issues.
What if there's an error on the closing documents?
